Hire a Senior Full-Stack Developer
I'm Adrian Rusan, a senior full-stack engineer in Timișoara with 10+ years in production. I ship backlogs with AI agents and read every pull request myself before it reaches you, security first. Generation was never the slow part. Review is.
How I work
Day to day, I work in writing. You get the pull requests, my review notes and a short update, so nobody waits on a meeting. I learned to review on systems where mistakes show: live overlays for PGL Major streams watched by 2M+ people at once, and 300+ survey projects for global brands. I review agent code the same way. I assume it's wrong, then check. The agents run on my own harness: 20+ skills and 20+ hooks that scan for secrets, block destructive commands and refuse a merge when a check can't run. My own status board, for scale: 438 commits on 12 active days, 175 test files, 21 PRs, all merged.
The method, agents ship and I review, is on the home page. The full process, from scope call to handoff, is on the services page.

Earlier client work
“I am very pleased with Adrian's efforts and progress on my project. I was informed on a daily basis about progress, and Adrian is very keen on delivering quality work. He made sure I was happy with the end result, I definitely recommend contacting Adrian if you are in need of any web related projects!”
How the numbers are counted
- Agents give you 2–3x the throughput, not 100x, and they get specific things wrong. Here's what they get wrong.
- Workflow numbers: 463 sessions · 335 hours · 4,920 commits · 928 PRs opened (upper bound, not all merged) — 66 days, 6 Aug–10 Oct 2026, counted from my own session logs.
- Each case study says whether it's my own project or client work under NDA.
- This site checks its own claims: a test fails if a page says tests passed for a run that had none, and the build fails if a case study still has a placeholder.
